Greedy. Confused. Slutty. If you’re bisexual, chances are you’ve heard these labels (and worse) thrown at you from all sides, probably even by people you consider friends.

I’m not alone in being troubled by how people suddenly disappear in life, right? That’s essentially why the internet was created. You may have heard rumors about Al Gore inventing it for military purposes... Lies!

I need to know that you love me with all of my brokenness. I need to know that you can see me in my most self-destructive, fucked up place, and you won’t flinch. I need to know that you understand the darkness and that the darkness is a part of you, too.

Dating while trans is scary, especially when you’re starting to “pass.” What are his expectations for my body, if any, and what if I’m not what he had in mind and he rejects me outright?

That’s part of the problem, I think. I keep waiting for my sexual partners to figure out how to bring me to orgasm.

Today, a new generation is both suffering and benefiting from the trend towards later marriage. Suffering because it's difficult to be alone, but benefiting by avoiding the painful experience of marital failure and divorce. It's difficult to go from relationship to relationship and never feel like you're going to truly fall in love. But marrying later in life means that we have more time to discover ourselves through the self-knowledge that comes with each passing year.
