Elaine Taylor-Klaus and Diane Dempster are the co-founders of ImpactADHD.com, a parenting resource that provides direct support and training, online and on the phone. Experts in the fields of both coaching and ADHD, personally and professionally, Elaine and Diane are certified professional coaches, community educators, and advocates for families living with ADHD and related challenges. They are passionate about providing guidance to help parents reduce the stress of raising complex children. Between their two families, Elaine and Diane are raising 6 children with ADD and related challenges. Through a combination of coaching and training, Elaine & Diane offer a proven method for parents to confidently raise independent & successful kids. ImpactADHD.com provides parents with a learning community where they are encouraged to take a “coach-approach” to managing their child’s ADHD, and teaches parents to use the Parenting Action Model to tackle any challenging issue. ImpactADHD’s unique programs – including group coaching, training courses, home-study courses and private coaching -- radically improve the way parents manage the roller coaster ride of raising ADD/ADHD kids, allowing them to once again to enjoy the ride of parenting!
