She earned her Master of Fine Arts Degree in Creative Writing from Full Sail University and graduated as the class Salutatorian. She has a Masters of Science in Health Law from Nova Southeastern University and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree with a dual major in English Literature and Religious Studies from the University of Miami.
