"This is what we do every day. We rotate through the downtown stations and we power wash all the stairwells. We've seen shit, vomit, and a lot of needles, depending on where you are – like Civic station. I work with some pretty beastly chicks and everyone handles it. It's interesting because you see mixed reactions –– some people are like, Whoa, all-woman crew, that's awesome! And then some guys or maybe women are like, All-woman crew? I don't know about that."
