One of the best things that happened when I downsized my wardrobe was that I finally felt like my clothes were working for me, not vice versa. I wasn’t constantly stressed about the mess in my bedroom from clothes that didn’t fit in the dresser. I no longer had daily freakouts about what to wear while staring at an overstuffed closet. I had a nice selection of clothes that served me well.

I look tired when I stay up too late. I also look tired if I get eight hours of sleep.

There is still such a stigma associated with being ultra feminine from both men and women in our society...and it’s stupid.

For a long time he fought anything that might be seen as girly. Over the years, we slowly introduced him to the finer things in life: patterned socks, pink ties, dry cleaning, name-brand toothbrushes, professional massages, and body wash applied with a pouf.

Just when you thought the highly YouTube-able practice of contouring was on its way back into the trend vault for another 10-15 years, we’ve been blindsided by a new variation on the technique: clown contouring.

Last week I had a bit of a meltdown. It was not a good time. Luckily, I was able to calm myself down with one of the most beautiful pastimes to have been born out of the Internet.
